Mylor were keen to move their online presence forwards, maintaining the positive aspects of the previous site but simplifying and honing the very different user journeys that need serving through the website.
A thorough site restructuring was undertaken, incorporating user questionnaire feedback, SEO research and internal focus grouping. Out of this process emerged an entirely new, and highly effective, business focussed site structure.
Traffic has increased enormously since the redesign. With a very high percentage of mobile users the site has been rolled out into a specific mobile version for iPhones and Android devices.
