The Brief
In 2012, the Unique Home Stays team came to us with an underlying ambition to enhance the overall brand experience and ensure that it was as inspirational as their portfolio of homes is in reality.

    We worked on brand repositioning and developing a new strategy and design direction for Unique Home Stays hugely successful website.

    By redefining Unique Home Stays values and developing their tone of voice through the use of evocative messaging, overall customer engagement was increased.

    We developed the current visual identity and streamlined the brand architecture to provide a simple but flexible framework for Unique Home Stays on and offline communications, building on the existing identity.

  4. Website strategy, UX, UI & design

    By taking our brand and customer report, we re-designed the user journey and overhauled the existing design to create a customer experience that suited this luxury brand.
