By vets, for vets

Veterinary surgeons in the UK are 3-4 times more likely than the general population to die by suicide as a result of stress, anxiety and depression.

This is a well-documented concern that Iain and Andrew, founders of Aegis Veterinary Technology, knew well from their time in the field. Their inherent inclination to seek solutions to problems drove them to explore how technology could be better deployed to improve ways of working. Upon discovering that the systems employed by other industries were not fit for purpose, the idea for Arrivet - a SaaS application that automates the manual tasks required for accurate, flexible and intelligent micro-navigation and communication - was born.

Putting vets back on the front foot

Our work encompassed defining their brand and name, along with a number of launch materials and helping them to tell the compelling story that drove this innovation.

We captured the idea of what Arrivet does as ‘On the front foot’ which relates to the problem that the application resolves: Ambulatory Vets often struggle with admin and the crucial info required to successfully locate a patient in the field, meaning they arrive on the back foot.

The branding concept was inspired by the patchwork of fields that make up the natural environment of the patient and Vet - also contributing to part of the problem. Hiding the horse in these surrounding patterns reflects the immediate clarity that Arrivet brings.
