Building personality

Working with Away Resorts in what was a pivotal point in their growth journey, presented us with a unique and exciting opportunity to further develop an ambitious destination brand. Uniting the holiday park portfolio

Following on from an extensive research gathering exercise together with Away Resorts - customers surveys, competitor analysis, staff workshops, visitor reviews and user journeys - we developed the Away Resorts brand story, creating brand communications and advertising that united the holiday park portfolio together, whilst allowing each of the parks to retain its individual personality. From seasonal campaigns, website design and build, on-site communications, signage, advertising, through to holiday home sales messaging, we worked hand-in-hand with the Away Resorts team on their varied marketing communications.

 
 
 

Smooth engineering

Our designed and engineered fully responsive website resulted in an increase in website conversion rates, holidays booked, and in holiday homes sold. The six UK holiday parks were integrated together with a sophisticated and flexible booking system, with enhancements to the booking journey and overall site improvements based directly on customer experience and feedback made weekly.

 
 
 

Understanding the audience

Understanding the Great British holidaymaker is something that Away Resorts do very well. We carried out multiple immersion sessions with guests, staff and potential property owners, getting under the skin of what made them tick, and importantly identifying opportunities to build engaging, and emotional experiences with them.
